How long is the promotional period?
Claims in the promotion are valid only for products purchased and paid for in full in Australia from authorised Russell Hobbs Dealers/stockists between 01 April 2017 and 30 June 2017 (inclusive). Final claims must be lodged by 11:59pm AEST on 14 July 2017. Participant(s) will forfeit claims not made by this date and their right to any cash back.
How do I claim my cash back?
To lodge a cash back claim, visit http://www.russellhobbscampaign.com.au/ complete the official on-line claim form by entering your details, answering the associated questions and uploading proof of purchase receipt.
Claims must be lodged by the promotion closing date being 11:59pm AEST on 14 July 2017.
Claim forms sent via post, facsimile or any other method will not be accepted.
How will I receive the cash back and what is the cash back amount?
The cash back will be issued in the form of a Visa prepaid gift card and the value of the cash back will depend on the product purchased as outlined below:
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Visa prepaid gift card are not included. Can I claim a cash back for more than one Russell Hobbs iron?
Multiple claims per person are accepted, subject to each claim being in respect of a separate product purchase and submitted separately. Each product purchased can only be used once for redeeming one cash back.
Each claim must include the purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
Can I claim multiple cash backs using the one online submission form?
If you have purchased more than one iron, you must lodge a separate claim for each purchase and complete the official on-line claim form by entering your details, answering the associated questions and uploading proof of purchase each time.
Can I claim the cash back amount via email, post of facsimile?
Claim forms sent via post, facsimile or any other method will not be accepted. Internet access and a valid email account are required to claim a cash back.
Why don't I get an email back straight away after registering?
Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as Spam or Junk mail. Please check your spam and junk mail folders. When will I receive my cash back?
Please allow for up to 60 days from the date that the claim is validated for processing. Claimants will be notified that their claim has been submitted by email and will also be notified via email if any issues arise with their claim. The Visa prepaid gift card will be delivered to your nominated Australian address (as specified on the claim form).
